Christmas at the Cabin

We decided to spend Christmas at the Star Valley Cabin this year:

a first for the cabin's 20+ years.

The kids were worried,

but Santa found us!

I finally relented and got out one of my Alpine trees.

No lights.

No garland.
Just our simple ornaments

and my Favorite tree topper made by

Cullen back when he was in Kindergarten.

The kids didn't seem to care that it wasn't

a huge, beautiful tree packed with lights.

They were just excited that they could finally

decorate the tree!

NOT ONE decoration would go up this year

until the house was CLEAN!

STILL NOT ONE DECORATION UP!

. . . . unless you count the Turkey flag

I just noticed was still up out front from Thanksgiving!

And I am perfectly OK with that!
